PURCHASE OF TICKETS
Tickets are sold in the PayU and PayPal transaction service via websites in the domain www.fryderyk.events. Purchased tickets are considered sold at the time of payment for them at the operator of the point of sale of the system www.fryderyk.events. Tickets are purchased on the www.fryderyk.events website after selecting an event from the www.fryderyk.events website offer, the type of tickets and the number of seats and completing the form with personal data. Online payment is always made via PayU or PayPal. When finalizing the order, after selecting the “online payment” button, you will be redirected to the PayU or PayPal website, where you can decide to pay by card or bank transfer.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRADITIONAL TRANSFERS.

TICKETS – GENERAL RULES
The ticket is a document entitling you to participate in the concert for which it was issued. By purchasing a ticket, you accept the regulations governing participation in the concert. A single ticket is issued to the bearer and, after verification, entitles one person to enter at a time. Decisions to change the Performer or the recital program or
to cancel the concert may be caused by random events and the Presto Concert Agency will in this case refund the money to those Clients who request it or propose a different
date for participation in the concert. Prices and price categories Tickets for concerts organized by Agencja Koncertowa Presto are available in various price categories. Discount tickets for students and young people are offered. A detailed offer is presented on the website www.fryderyk.events.
The invoice will be delivered to the Customer on the terms and within the time limits set out in the Act on Value Added Tax (VAT), after the buyer has selected the option of
receiving a VAT invoice.If the Presto Concert Agency receives the full payment for the ticket, a VAT invoice is issued to the Customer no later than 10 days after the date
on which the payment was posted. The VAT invoice is sent by economic letter to the address provided by the customer during the booking process. On the ticket booking card, the
Customer, by selecting the option of delivering a VAT invoice, has the option of selecting consent to receive an electronic VAT invoice. If such consent is selected, the VAT
invoice is sent in pdf format to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the booking process.
A VAT invoice can be issued immediately in the form of a printout from the cash register when purchasing a ticket at the concert venue.
LAWS RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL.
Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 38 points 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure, entertainment events, sports or cultural, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision.
A ticket purchased on the website is not refundable or exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of the Event, change of the date and / or place of the Event by the Organizer.
RETURN FOR TICKETS IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT.
Customers who purchased tickets at the ticket office before the concert, which cannot be held, receive a refund for the ticket at the ticket office: in cash or in the form of a refund to the payment card account, depending on the method of purchasing the ticket. The reimbursement for a ticket purchased via the electronic distribution system of the Presto Concert Agency will be made after receiving a message from the Customer at the address firstname.lastname@example.org containing the booking confirmation with payment. In the case of payment by online transfer, the funds are returned to the bank account number from which the payment for the ticket was made. In the case of payment by payment card, the funds will be returned to the account of the card with which the payment for the ticket was made. The Presto Concert Agency will notify the Client by e-mail about the transfer of funds for refund and will immediately (but not later than within 14 days) refund the payment for the purchased tickets.
In the case of purchase from an intermediary, tickets with a completed return form must be returned to the cash desk, which will return the payment in cash, or immediately (but
not later than within 14 days) make a payment to the account indicated in the form by the Customer.
The Organizer may propose to the Client a different date of the concert, which the Client may accept while keeping the tickets purchased for the concert that cannot be held. The client has the right not to agree to participate in the concert on a different date. Ticket return or exchange, in cases other than those referred to in point 8.2.1. and 8.2.2. above, is possible unconditionally, provided that the conditions of Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, as well as in those cases when the concert organizer considers an important reason why the customer cannot participate in the concert.
To return the Ticket, send a message to email@example.com, specifying that you wish to return the Ticket and enclosing the previously received booking confirmation with proof of payment for the ticket.
Complaints related to the purchase of a ticket in the ticket distribution system of the Presto Concert Agency may be submitted in electronic form via the e-mail address
firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing by registered mail to the address Agencja Koncertowa Presto ul. Grochowska 341 lok. 115 03-822 Warsaw
A response to the complaint by Agencja Koncertowa Presto takes place immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. The client may request assistance
from consumer organizations and municipal or poviat consumer ombudsmen in the event that the complaint is considered unsatisfactory for the client. Detailed information

THE CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT AS A RESULT OF FORCE MAJEURE.
“Force Majeure” within the meaning of these regulations means any event beyond the control of the Presto Concert Agency, including random event, war, uprising, riots, riots,
acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, intentional damage, cyber attack, strike, lock-down, weather conditions, security for a third party, national defense requirements , acts and regulations of state or local government administration bodies. Agencja Koncertowa Presto shall not be liable to the Client for failure to perform any obligations under these Regulations to the extent that it will be caused by the occurrence of Force Majeure.
The administrator of your personal data is Agencja Koncertowa Presto with headquarters at Grochowska 341 Street, room 115 03-822 Warsaw. Your personal data will be
processed only for the purpose of implementing the contract for the sale of tickets, as well as for archiving for the period necessary to consider any complaints. Personal data is provided voluntarily. You have the right to access them, as well as to correct and supplement them.
The received personal data will not be transferred to any other entities.
The Regulations are valid from 1 December 2020.
