The duo of Wojciech Fudala and Michał Rot was founded in 2016 and since then has been active in concerts in Poland and abroad. The artists are laureates of national and international music competitions. On a daily basis, they are associated with the Academy of Music in Łódź, where they teach as assistant professors. The ensemble has performed in significant concert halls such as the Chamber Hall of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Red Hall of the National Music Forum, ECMKP in Lusławice, Cercle Gaulois Royale in Brussels and at the festivals: Mendelssohn Music Days in Krakow, Wajnberg Music Days, Opus Magnum, Przemyska Music Autumn, Silesian Music Summer and many others. In 2019, the duo received a scholarship for the promotion of culture of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, as part of the project, they performed concerts in many places in Poland to promote the work of Mieczysław Weinberg. The culmination of the project was the release of the duo's debut album, „Mieczysław Wajnberg. Sonatas for Cello and Piano”, DUX 1545; in 2020, the album was nominated for the prestigious Fryderyk award in the Album of the Year Category, Chamber Music.
