Izabela Kopeć
Lyric mezzo-soprano. Graduate of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wroclaw at the faculty of vocal music. Her areas of specialisation are vocal-acting and oratorio and cantata singing.
She is also a composer and a record producer.
She carries on an extensive concert performances in Poland and abroad. She was singing in many festivals, for example in an international Amber Baltic Festival in Międzyzdroje, in Circles of Art Festival in Cieszyn, in Dekada and Viva il canto festivals of chamber music in Cieszyn. Her concerts of Astor Piazzolla’s songs were performed in the Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic in Łódź, in the Polish Baltic Frédéric Chopin Philharmonic, in the Centennial Hall in Wroclaw, in the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic in Krakow, in the Stanisław Moniuszko Koszalin Philharmonic and in the Wilold Lutosławski Concert Studio of Polish Radio in Warsaw. Izabela Kopeć also participated in the world premieres of oratorio music of Sabat Mater by Christophe Voice and Credo by Henri Seroki.
In 2011, on the occasion of the beatification of John Paul II, she recorded with Amedeo Minghi – an Italian composer and singer – a piece entitled Un uomo venuto da molto lontato (eng. A man that came from far away). Polish translation of it was written for Izabela Kopeć by a writer Małgorzata Kalicińska and by Barbara Grabowska.
In 2011, she was giving concerts in Poland with the repertoire of House Opera Diva.
In 2009, she composed the song I’m singing for You to the feature film entitled 15 photographs, directed by Franciszek Dzida.
Her repertoire includes songs by: Debussy, de Falla, Ravel, Fauré, Piazzolla, Rachmaninoff, Rogowski, Chopin, Paderewski, Karłowicz, Berlioz, Szymanowski; oratorio music by: Bach, Handel, Paisiello, Mozart, Haydn, Rossini, Donizetti, Mendelssohn; and opera music by: Mozart, Rossini, Bizet and Saint-Saëns.
She released five discs: Sycamore Tree (2006); Inspiracje (2007, eng. Inspirations); Five (2010); Piazzolla. Show me your tango (2012) which was recorded in Luxemburg with the local philharmonics and Moc tradycji (2013, eng. The power of tradition). Her work also comprises numerous television and radio recordings.
She receives scholarships from the Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw (2013) and from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2016).

Ewa Pelwecka
Graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. In 1994, she finished her postgraduate studies under Prof. K. Gierdoż.

Between 1994 and 2012, she was working as a pianist and a harpsichordist in the Warsaw Chamber Opera, performing the basso continuo part and solo parts, among others in the operas by Mozart, Rossini, Cimarosa, Galuppi, Donizetti, Verdi but also in pieces by Kurpiński, Elsner, Karłowicz, Kronenberg and others.

Since 2012, she works in the Grand Theatre – Polish National Opera in Warsaw as a soloists’ tutor. At the same time, she carries on an extensive concert performances in Poland and abroad (England, Austria, Australia, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, Tunisia, Italy). Her repertoire includes numerous pieces by: Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Schubert, Brahms, Liszt, Prokofiev, Lutosławski, Twardowski and others.

She performs concerts as a soloist and as a chamber musician, working with eminent artists, especially with the leading Polish opera singers. Pelwecka also participated in numerous festivals, for example: Al Bustan Festival in Beirut, Branderburgische Sommerkonzerte, festival in Tokyo, Mozart Festival in Madrid, Mozart Festival in Netherlands, Festival Acropolium in Carthage, London Days of Poland, Summer Festival in Nałęczów, Vratislavia Cantans, 29th Days of the Music of Karol Szymanowski Festival in the villa Atma in Zakopane, Summer Festivals in Warsaw Dziekanka and European Songs Festivals and Polish Composers Songs Festivals in Warsaw.

In 2007 and 2010, as a an accompanist, she took part in the International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition in Warsaw.

She is also an accompanist in the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw where she works under Prof. A. Wit.

Her musical work also comprises CD, radio and television recordings.
