We invite you to a true musical feast at the Fryderyk Concert Hall. In the beautiful interior of Fryderyk, illuminated only by the glow of candles, we will listen to a guitar recital performed by the excellent Krzysztof Meisinger. The concert will feature Jagoda Sokołowska-O’Donovan - soprano.
Krzysztof Meisinger - guitar
According to critics and music enthusiasts, is recognized as one of the most outstanding and charismatic contemporary guitarists. He performs both in Poland and abroad, gracing the stages of renowned concert halls such as the Musikverein in Vienna, Wigmore Hall in London, TWON in Warsaw, Tokyo International Forum, and the Berlin Philharmonic. He collaborates with exceptional soloists and ensembles, including Sumi Jo, Philharmonia Quartet Berlin, Academy of St Martin in the Fields, Sinfonia Varsovia, Agnieszka Rechlis, and Iwona Sobotko.
He has released ten solo albums. He is a founder and artistic director of the MEISINGER Music Festival (since 2017), winner of the "Gloria Artis" Medal and the "Pro Arte" award.
Jagoda Sokołowska-O’Donovan - soprano
She has graduated with honors from the Music Academy in Krakow. She is a laureate of first prizes in Polish and international music competitions. She has performed at all significant music festivals in Poland and represented Poland at music festivals and stages around the world. She is a soloist, chamber musician, and also a cultural manager.
The eminent Polish critic and humanist Jerzy Waldorff wrote: "The responsibility for the state of the Polish music scene compels me to address those of you who contribute to Polish culture with these few words... I recommend to you this exceptionally talented artist... an outstanding musical personality."
The concert will be a two-part recital lasting approximately 60 minutes, based on the popular 19th-century idea of salon musical gatherings. During the concert intermission, we will treat you to a glass of sparkling wine.

The concert is organized in cooperation with the Association of Performing Artists STOART.
